STEP 01
Assessment & Design
We start with a thorough understanding of your operational requirements, throughput targets and constraints. Our engineers develop concept designs and feasibility studies before committing to detailed engineering.
STEP 02
Engineering & Integration
Detailed mechanical, electrical and controls engineering. Full integration with existing WMS, ERP and building systems. All designs are validated through simulation and digital twin before installation.
STEP 03
Installation & Commissioning
Structured installation management, FAT at vendor facilities, site pre-commissioning, SAT and operational readiness validation. We do not leave until the system performs to specification.
STEP 04
Support & Optimization
Post-commissioning support, operator training, performance monitoring and continuous optimization. We build long-term partnerships with our clients.
