Concept & Basis of Design
We develop the Basis of Design document aligned with your project requirements, applicable standards and regulatory requirements. All design decisions are documented and agreed before detailed engineering begins.
STEP 02
Detailed Engineering
Full BIM-coordinated detailed design across all MEP disciplines. Regular design reviews, clash detection and value engineering to optimize cost and performance.
STEP 03
Construction Support
Tender documentation, contractor evaluation, RFI responses and site supervision during construction. We ensure the design intent is maintained through to completion.
STEP 04
Commissioning & Handover
Commissioning plans, witnessing and documentation. System performance verification against design criteria. Full O&M documentation handover.
